Job Description: Product Manager Intern

Position Overview:

LocWill is seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Data Scientist to join our team. As a Supply Chain Data Scientist, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, modeling, and machine learning to drive insights and improvements in our supply chain operations. Your advanced analytical skills will contribute to optimizing inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics planning, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new product development.

2. Assist in defining and refining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.

3. Collaborate with the design and development teams to create product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.

4. Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

5. Support the product launch process by assisting in coordinating marketing activities, developing product documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing.

6. Gather and analyze user feedback, customer data, and market insights to continuously improve product performance and user experience.

7. Assist in monitoring key product metrics and preparing reports to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

4. Passion for technology, user-centered design, and innovation.

5. Knowledge of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

6. Familiarity with agile development processes and tools is a plus.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and product management software.

8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.

9. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

10. Prior internship or relevant work experience in product management, software development, or related fields is a plus.
