Job Description: Supply Chain Data Analyst

Position Overview:

LocWill is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including market research, campaign development, content creation, and social media management. This internship will provide valuable insights into marketing strategies and help you develop essential skills for a successful marketing career.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze supply chain data from various sources, including ERP systems, databases, and external datasets.

Develop and maintain supply chain analytics models and tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and operational optimization.

Conduct root cause analysis of supply chain issues and provide recommendations for process enhancements and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and demand planning, to analyze data and develop solutions that drive efficiency and cost reduction.

Prepare and present data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Support the implementation and utilization of supply chain management systems and data analytics tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain analytics and data management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

Experience in supply chain analytics, data modeling, and statistical analysis techniques.

Familiarity with supply chain concepts, processes, and optimization strategies.

Solid understanding of data management principles and database systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear and concise reports.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and stay updated on advancements in supply chain analytics and technology.

Prior experience or internship in supply chain data analysis or related field is a plus.
